Over View of Limited Express Koya
The Limited Express Koya is an express train operated by Nankai Electric Railway that serves Mount Koya.
It runs from Nankai Namba Station to Gokurakubashi Station.
The special design was made for the 1200th anniversary of the founding of Koyasan.
Route Map and How to Get to Koyasan
The Koya Express departs from Nankai Namba Station and connects to Gokurakubashi Station, its final stop.
The stations it stops at are as shown in the diagram.
It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Namba to Gokurakubashi.
To get from Gokurakubashi to Koyasan, transfer to the Koyasan Cable Car.
After getting off the cable car, take a bus to the Koyasan city center.
